Salva Kiir in Libya to discuss South Sudan development
June 22, 2009 (SIRTE) — Sudanese First Vice President and President of southern Sudan government arrived today to Sirte airport where he will hold a series of meetings on Libyan contribution to southern Sudan development.
Following his arrival Salva Kiir Mayadrit held a meeting with the Libyan Secretary General of the General People’s Committee (Prime minister) Al-Baghdadi Ali Al-Mahmudi. The meeting was also attended by the Libyan ministers of foreign affairs, finance, the directors of Libyan foundation for investment and the Secretary for cooperation.
The talks dealt with ways to strengthen the joint cooperation in areas of economic development and investment in agriculture projects and natural resources.
It was agreed during this meeting on the implementation of a number of programs to be supervised by a joint committee from the two sides.
The Vice-President is accompanied by the foreign minister Deng Alor and Southern Sudan ministers for economy and transport. He is expected to meet the Libyan leader Muammar Gadhafi on Tuesday.
The Sudanese foreign minister also discussed with his Libyan counterpart in a meeting held on Monday evening the bilateral relations between the two countries.
Libya had pledged in the past to support southern Sudan development programmes and to invest there. Since April 2008 Libya formally invited Kiir to visit its capital to discuss these issues.

your visit to Libya will not change your political weakness nor adding any on CPA due to luck of political vision.
Libya was the first country to supply guns and ammunions to the SPLA in 1983 (the gun called Jamus)and the Libyian leader COL Gadiffi had two vision statement which need political expert to over come what he think and I think you not over come them. this is why they always agreed and disagreed on some issues with late Dr John because he believed on PAN Africa and at the same time he had Arabs believed and he had been in power for 40 years, your visit to his country need a politcial master minded to witness the way he speak.

Dear Vic President& President(GOSS)Kiir Mayaardit . Iam here to ask you some fews questions, Now are you really going to develop south Sudan country ? if yes why are you not remove mr Awet Akot in governership . In south Sudan roads there is no development on roads just dusty roads . What kind of development are you always moving to they African countries ? I know they pay you lots of money to builds south but not . Mr Kiir there is more challenges into your leadership government . People like Lam Akol are having right to form that party of SPLM/DC because they see no kind of changes . Please do not move around to very country of asking help to develop south and you not .
In fact i would like from you to give people of Lake state a freedom of their said that remove this logs of old tree Awet Akot in that post of governer . mr Kiir i don’t know why people of Lake state are always being complaining about this guy and you not agrees their ideas maybe he contributed your policy ideas make sur this concept ideas is total wrong .What you should do is to look first the weather of human being that can be rules to such a kind live Awet . We don’t want mr logs to be a governer in the next round election vote .I know three quater are like Awet this people are you and rest of showing his nepotism to them please you should understand the all crying of people in Lake state, Awet is a person of no importance to us governership is not his family kingdom . That is Democratic leadership man .They way he leads us is not delight or deliver goods to us .

I dore our president efferts to creates good relationships with his neighbouring counterparts at this time because we wants to increase our potential recognitions as independent people in the region as well to international level but our relationships with such a religious & heinious dictator should be limite as soon we got our independent because campanionship with such a people is unhealthy.DEMOCRATISATIONS OF AFRICA IS OUR MOTO AS SOUTHERNERS.
