Briefing the regional government at the State Secretariat Main Hall, Kumba said that, “the estimated budget was SDG85 millions; but was reduced to 66 million SDG.” The allocated money will be used to build presidential villa, stadium, guest houses, and access to roads, water, and completing the establishment of the electricity power, and renovation of the administrative offices respectively, she further said.

Kumba added that the President of Southern Sudan Government, Salva Kiir Mayadrit approved the budget. She pointed out that, “It is up to the Government of Southern Sudan, the Minister of Finance to release the funds on a timely manner.”

She said the Technical Committees are seriously following up approved money and works will start immediately after its reception.

CPA celebration is organized annually in a rotation plan all over the ten states, since its inception the first one had been marked in Nairobi, second one in Juba (Central Equatoria State), Wau West Bahr El Ghazal State), Malakal (Upper Nile State), and the fifth is expected to take place in Yambio.

Kumba also revealed that, three states have been chosen in Southern Sudan to build a village monument of the vision of the SPLM founder Dr John Garang De Mabior, who said, “Take towns to the villages”. Western Equatoria State has been earmarked among the three states to build the village.

The Governor requested her cabinet to focus now by identifying the villages.

Good to say but hard to implement , In fact I suspect from the 19 million missing from 85 to 66. Tomorrow it will be 5 million and next tomorrow nothings and all the 66 or 6 SDG into the pockets of junglese buying flat houses in USA,UK and AUS. This mad community of Slave Kiir are now using our names for their richness, they are using us like a container for keeping with food but the actual container gets nothing. My question is if the entire houses of junglese in their villages are the same to roads in Greater Equatoria, how can they waste this 66 million to build with WES? The dinkas/junglese have no clue of development only food and money is what they know. They will talk of this million today but tomorrow they will not implement to the hands of Equatorians. It is our money from our own resource of Equatorians, but now been consumed by aliens.

Why don’t you go and sell your fake oil or whatsoever to get with some SDG for yourselves, am sick that the junglese are getting rich with our own money on our backs. We need to see that this million has to be implemented to a right person and the reason for implementing has to be done. If building with toilet or whatever it has to be build. I know your tricks later on, this million will be given to one of your junglese and you will still accuse my people for no reason but you are the consumers. My Advice goes to Mrs governor of WES, this million is a big target to your ribs think back to what had happened to a former governor the he was removed from power. because the family of Slave Kiir (dinkas) has many tricks to get rid of wise Equatorians in power. Another question is who are the professional builders to build the stadium in WES, its from East Africa or Asians. There are hungry hyana behind this money but yet people are not aware of them. Please don’t waste this SDG on fake building that last for a years and next years drop comes through the roof. Anyway we are hoping to see the result on the ground.

Logic is the chairman and founder of Equatorian Resistant Movement (ERM) after achieving its objectives and goals it will reverse to Sudanese Revolution Movement for Democratic (SRMD) next week Logic will take a tour to confirm this SDG and see the foundations in WES

WOW 66 Million for celebrations!!!! is the SPLM crazy there is massive food shortages in the south, severely injured people because of tribal fighting, that money could’ve fed those people or built a modern health infrastructure.

The SPLM are a joke and so are the people who support it.

This is not CPA celebration or else it should have started in Bor which is the town that brought the CPA. The SPLA rebellion was lauched in Bor and this fact makes Bor a historic town. All I know about this huge sum is that it is intended to induce the Azande community to remain with the people of South Sudan for the cause of their nation. Everybody knows that the numbers of this community were useless during the war because they did not join hands with the people to fight our enemy. We have even heard that a son of their own is the Secretary General of the SPLM-DC.This son is very influential as far as matters in this community are concerned and he may use his position in the new party to render the people of Western Equatoria sluggish again bearing in mind that our 2011 will have to do with numbers. Do this Mr. President but do not forget others. Look, Bor is a small community but it made a very great difference during the war. Do not allow this Lam Akol to cause you to panic. We are with you and the SPLM.

There’s a proverbs in our community that says ”SOMEONE WHO WENT FOR FISHING IS BETTER THAN THE ONE WHO HAVE GONE FOR THE PARTY” which means ”THAT ONE WHO HAVE GONE FOR PARTY WILL COMEBACK LATER WITH NOTHING TO ATTRACT DRINKING OF WATER WHILE A FISHERMAN WILL END UP DRINKING HUGE WATER”.So why the governor is not using these amount to develop the state through security & infrastructural developments…..SHAME ON LOW THINKING PEOPLE WHO ARE RUNNING THE G.O.S.S!!!!!!
