I believed that it,s a good idea for the monitoring police force to be joint. There is no problem with that, but if they show hatred aggression in the South they will be captured alive and slaughtered like goats.
    Great idea.

    Dear brothers from Southern Sudan.

I would like to request you to stop that issue of bringing Arabs from the North to South again. If you make a mistake by bringing them to train our police in the South then we shall all be in a problem because they are going to influence them like what they did to those of National security.
We better make a link with Kenyan and Ugandan to train our police.

Southern Sudanese people whether in diaspora or within Southern Sudan needs ultimate change from the Khartoum Government nor there is no point of allowing Khartoum Government to train Southern Sudanese polices for better enhancement of security system. If we Southern Sudanese people deserve to follow what Khartoum Government is doing, then why should we claim a separation from Khartoum Government? I have seen and witnessed that some Southern Sudanese Commanders of the SPLM/SPLA are holding a rank of 7,8,9,10 and 11 as example of the ranks in which the Northern Sudanese Army Commanders are holding. Why do we always followed Arabs examples instead of working hard for our own? For instance, Salva Kiir Mayardit is holding a rank of 11 while Dr Riek Machar Teny is holding a rank of 10. Omar Bashir who is a president of Sudan is holding a rank of 12 and Mohammad Taha is holding a rank of 11. Those system of Ranks which were inserted in the system by the SPLM/SPLA were not existing in the SPLM/SPLA since the beginning of the Movement. But, what cause those ranks to be installed to the SPLM/SPLA in the present day of today? Simply, it is because that people are dared of leadership.

According to my own opinion, there is no relevance substantial supports that I can said to support the Khartoum Government in order to train Southern Sudanese polices. Ibrahim Mahmoud Hamid and one of the SPLM/SPLA Salva Kiir Mayardit who agree to seconded Ibrahim Mahmoud Hamid’s ideology is complete rationally wrong and wrong. Southern Sudan have a power to train its own polices rather than accepting the Northern Sudan Government to apply their reckless rule to the Southern Sudanese Civilians. I know that 95% of the Southern Sudanese people are resisting of Arabs rules and that is why Southern Sudanese people prosecuted the war against the Khartoum Government since 1983 until CPA was signed on January 9,2005.

If today Southern Sudanese President Salva Kiir Mayardit agree that the Northern Sudan Government will train the Southern Sudanese polices, then why do we neglected Sharia Law which was imposed by the Late Former President Jafaar Nimeiri on Southern Sudanese people? Was it not because that the rules of the Northern Sudan Government are not good? If not, then what is the different? To me, anything concerning about the Northern Khartoum Government policies should not be honored. If we kneeled or accepted to what Arabs in Khartoum said, then we Southern Sudanese people should have to join Khartoum Government and let Omar Bashir be a President as he was and Mohammad Taha as a Vice President? By the way, when should Salva Kiir Mayardit become a President of Sudan instead of Omar Bashir?

I resisted and dishonored the agreement of the Vice President of Sudan and a President of Southern Sudan Salva Kiir Mayardit with his foe Ibrahim Mahmoud Hamid on the agenda of training the Southern Sudan Polices. Lastly, what do the mean when the said “National Police”? Does it mean that Southern Sudanese polices are not termed as National Polices or do the mean that the polices in Northern Sudan are they only one known to be the National Polices? This is very funny, but still full of disgust things which are not sensibly. “There is no government without rules”.
