LRA rebels kill three old men in Western Equatoria

November 15, 2009 (NZARA) – At least three old men were killed by the marauding LRA rebels in a separate barbaric attack at the village of Tumba in Western Equatoria close to Congo border, making the bloodiest week for Nzara County ever since the LRA rebels entered southern Sudan.
The deadliest week in Nzara has claimed the lives of seven innocent civilians.
According to the Commissioner of Nzara, who contacted the press by phone from Nzara, Col Sentina Ndefu said that, “the killing of the three old men took place before the Friday’s murder of four civilians including a child at Buremanga Boma.”
“I received the report from the civilians who are on the run from the Ugandan rebels, who are now active in the region, score of civilians have flocked to Nzara County seeking protection and breathe from the rebels,” stated Sentina.
The commissioner further disclosed that, “due to poor communications in the county and lack of forensic search, until now body knows how people the LRA rebels have abducted this fall, as many civilians are still scattered, this may take some time for identification.”
“The chattered bodies were identified by the civilians,” she added.
The spates of attacks on the Nzara County civilians come as Kony continue to mourn his demised mother, who passed away last week.
The exact whereabouts of Kony who is believed to be in the Central African Republic remain myth.
The latest LRA strikes give credence to the report that, the rebels are still big threat to Comprehensive Peace Agreement.
Kony has repeatedly refused to sign a peace deal with Kampala because of International Criminal Court arrest warrants against him and his lieutenants for war crimes.
Uganda has already signed the final peace agreement concluded in April to end the civil conflict that ravaged the country’s northern region.
Kony’s rebels are accused of having raped and mutilated civilians, forcibly enlisting child soldiers and of massacring thousands during two decades of conflict.
Kony, a semi-literate former altar boy, took charge in 1988 of a regional rebellion among northern Uganda’s ethnic Acholi minority.
The Ugandan Army is active in south Sudan pursuing the splintered LRA rebels, source from the UPDF say, “the only option left is for Kony to sign the negotiated agreement.”

The first stage Dr. Garang, signed the peace of Sudan in Nairobi-Kenya in Jan/09/04 and Omar Al-Bashir including President of Kenya Mwai Kibaki. It was important day God brought two parties in Sudan to made unification in long desert/chronic war that reached two decades in Sudan. When Dr. Garang stepped to Khartoum and signed the Peace that overlay in two decades. He said, I agreed to sign the Peace, but this peace I sign is not for Omar-Al Bashir or me is for all Citizens of Sudan. He said again, I signed this peace for everyone in Sudan. As he was seemingly like he forcedly by the global nation affairs to agree to sign the Peace of Sudan which is overlays over two-decades that lost over the lives of 2.9 millions peoples.
Dr. Garang signed the Peace from theses remarking days of Month- July/09/05 – July/16/05 in Khartoum and we lost him within July/30/05, between Sudan and Uganda. Only three weeks he spent between North and South of Peace deal ended and we lost him. The point is this, the whole world eyes in Sudan to end off the overlays war in Sudan. Unity of Dr.Garang is not dead in Sudan. Garang was died, because of Unity in whole Sudan & the entirely Africa who omitted the freedom of man kind.
Please let remembering/recalling the Man of Peace in the time of war in Sudan Dr. John Garang de Mabior Aruei and to follow his footsteps that he opened and also to fulfill a remaining part in the country. Those who recall the footsteps they always succeeds in everything, except they dont follows the historically of their entirely journey they loosely. Those who know the outlet and inlet they always succeed in every corners of their journey. Late Garang he was known by his ability to demonstrators the reality of humanists for all in Sudan. Garang he was knew to die, but is not undoubtedly death in the whole world minds.
So, let prays for his vision and his legacies to remain stable and May the Powerful God keep his soul and storing in the right place of no doubtable. The Man of Peace in the time of war Heroic Garang de Mabior with his colleagues who lost in the soil of Freedom in our land, may the Almighty God keep their families/friends in good health to successes in everything. Konyi thought that he is the most notorous in the border of Uganda and Sudan ,but his time will come to an end when Southerners reacted to his immoral act that he imposed to the citzens of South.
This criminal must be hunt by SPLM if Uganda failed to capture him.
