Upper Nile State, is a neglected state by both SPLM and NCP. It is unfortunate that, both Juba and Khartoum are ruled by timid indecisive Bashir and Kiir. How can a mere General of SAF, challenge a decision and presidential decree all together and refuse to step down from a governor chair. Only there is two explanations to this; either there is conspiracy by GOSS and GONU or we have been ruled by unwise leader that can not resolve the chaos in UN state for more thab a week after a new governor has taken oath.

Shame on both Bashir and Kiir for keeping and blind eye and deaf ear on this problem for more than 10 days today. And big shame on the self-centered Gen. Gatluak Deng, because he is aiming at ending his office tenure by blood-shed not giving any consideration to a risk he wants to put the civilian in. Gen. Gatluak, the misfortune will be your companion the rest of your life because of your last malicious deeds. Malakal communities will never welcome you anymore. Poor Gen. Gatluak, your are pittiful situation.
