    Interesting. So should I apply for the position of Southern Sudan President. I am SPLM member, do I have the right to apply for the position, or is it just for the top leadership?

    Will the SpLM Political bureau accept any body else to run for presidency outside the top officials in the party? Is this what Wani Igga calls scrutiny by electoral college to throw away applications from those that are not secretly selected. SPLM is really in confusion!!!

    The party should select the Honourable James Wani Igga as the Presidential canditate for South Sudan’s upcoming elections… The man is intelligent, wise, principled and is a man of the people.

    The people of South Sudan in general, and the people of Equatoria in particular- rightfully hold Honourable James Wani Igga in high esteem, and would invariably vote for him in any prospective election… and he would therefore be the perfect canditate for Presidential office, as he would garner support from virtually every corner in the South.

    Dear Readers,
    I can see that the GOSS is starting it’s realistic and genuine Democracy by allowing whoever has a dream of being President, Governor and other government position. So this is the time to stop criticizing any other tribes or subtribes and grasp the chance to run for any office you dream for. Without doubt, i believe qualification for any official position will depend on your connection with the public and credential since Mr.Wani Igga is the honest and true leader who knows the benefit of the real democracy.
    What’s more, qualification will be free of injustices and inequalities on bases of tribalism and nepotism since Wani is a leader whose is well-known for good leadership skill. I am urging the leaders of the electrol college to be fair to all elected candidates to show exemplary example to the whole country. We expect the good seeds of true democracy to be planted this time.

    Thanks Crde Wani;

    The entire South are puzzled about this elections bcoz there are no candidates nominated by SPLM so far.
    Please, I suggest if Kiir could contest with Bashir for the Presidency of the Republic and then the Father of South Sudan- Dr. Machar- for Presidency of GOSS and subsequently of the Republic of South Sudan.

    As for you Igga, you will fill the VP of GOSS.

    This is the beginning of the end of these creatures who have been stabbing Southerners from Abel Alier, Garang , Kiir, ………

    May God bless Dr. Riek Machar and his Indepent South Sudan.

    The SPLM officials have to be sincere to their natives citizens of their country South Sudan. What are the procedures which can make a person to get qualify for the position.Should the aspirants be from the military section only or the non militants are also encompasses to apply for any post? And what is the age limit that can be considered to make a person get qualified for the post?

    I know most of the people will apply but the electrol commission is just covering the eyes with a dark piece of clothe to lie to people in future that he has been following the right channel of the administration.
    please don’t waste our ink and papers because most of the applications will be dumped in the bin.

    Hence rectified all this things including corruption which is already existing in Southern Sudan
