This Omer Bashier need to understand that if you want to become a right person, you do the right thing in your own home and then extended to the others to examine.
Bashier,s statement of providing grands to 23 Universities in Mauritania could be untrue because his country is at mess right from the beginning in more than 50 years. Why not he give grands to other Southern states.
If Bashier do this for favor then he must know that the time is almost to be separate country and you will be president in the North or ICC will caught you before 2011.
