SPLM-DC Secretary General paid on Saturday a visit to Khartoum’s suburb of Jebel Auliya, peopled with displaced from southern Sudan and Darfur, where he met with local chiefs from the Nuer, Fur, Zande, Balanda, Shilluk and Bari.

Charles B. Kisanga is one of the candidates of his party in the Sudanese capital for the National Assembly in the upcoming elections next April.

“The SPLM-DC is ready to work with independent candidates to form the new GoSS government” said Eng Kisanga who further stressed “the SPLM have failed to unite and now popular independent candidate are all over the Southern Sudan”.

He also said that the SPLM Politburo is now “discredit as all their choices for candidates were for mostly corrupt individuals who had no backing of the people.” Kisanga was referring to the SPLM members who run on different national and regional elections as independent candidates.

SPLM-DC, established in June last year, has filed a total of 660 candidates all over the Sudan. The SPLM-DC has also filed a total of 95 candidates for the Khartoum state.

Speaking to the well settled former displaced from southern Sudan, Kisanga blasted the SPLM failure to provide services in southern Sudan adding that some of those who returned to the South returned back to Khartoum again.

He further pledged to solve community problems for the people and improve their livelihood all over the Sudan.

The SPLM-DC leader Dr. Lam Akol is a candidate for the presidency of southern Sudan government against Salva Kiir Maydrit the incumbent president of the semi-autonomous region and Sudan’s First Vice President. His candidacy is backed by a number of southern Sudan opposition parties.

    Hi brothers

Nothing to worry about southerners are smart, they could not be deceive by anyone at this time. They have understood the importance of freedom in south. It did not com across to their minds that the SPLA would have a chance of gained control in South that time, but now they know who can bring liberty to South than those NCP Members.

Hey Kisanga, don’t endanger the independents for nothing, these are typical SPLM running as Independents, it is just that the PB did not consider the people’s choice, hence picking wrong people who are money looters.

I don’t think, this statement will play well in the camps of SPLM independents candidates, so far I have not heard any of them joining any political party.

The key word is independent and let me repeat I N D E P E N D E N T. The people who decided to run as independent candidates didn’t do so to seek the support from traitors’ party. Get that right.

People want to ear from SPLM Too. What they are going to tell people and what they have done in last five year and also what they will do next coming years if people elected them again?.

I have question also. Why this person who report news about SPLM-DC does not include his or her name all the time? This does not indicate that your reports is a fake or you are one of the tribalism in southern Sudan?.

You are reporter, you do not need to hid your name always. I think, in this world, there is no news can be release to the public with out the names of reporter;but if this is a new style of reporters of south sudanese journals, good for you.

February 8-SPLM_D.C SG publicly making headlines to run for Khartoum national assembly seat and accused his counterpart in the SPLM for failing to deliver services and manipulated nomination of states assembly, national and switched governorship nominees of locals choice and it is wisely believed SPLM polibureau are burying future of this party when it lose its confident supporters. Political bureau is always failig to secure unity within its chambers and broader members.
SPLM_D.C SG is doing game change that, he is encouraging those brave men and women who refused Saliva Kiir and his handpicked looters to continue misleading people of south sudan for next five years. So, Kissaga emphasized that the future of south is on the hands of independents leaders and SPLM_D.C.

Mr. Kiir and his Dinka brothers who took all public resources for themselves will have surprising in the April election.

Please, wait for April election results and do not just make a noise now, people will answer you as looters in your discomfort.

    Thank you,
    Kuany Dak

Question to SG of SPLM-DC Eng.Kisanga, did the SPLM-DC work only for the above mentioned 6-tribes whom you met with their cheifs? the SPLM-DC as a political party to work for the whole southern sudan could not mention only the 6-tribes to deal with.if the SPLM-DC’s mission is for southern sudan, who are Balanda and fur they mentioned?please you the members of SPLM-DC led by inner Arab Dr Lam,we want to separate with Arab in the comming 2011 choose where to go.remove the name of Nuer you added there above and rename it with dongola and the name Bari and rename it with miseriya and shilluk with fagara and zandi with jalaba.that removal of southern sudan tribes names will help you to unite strongly with Bashir.[NCP].the democracy you changed revealed that it is for south sudan.
