A new independent newspaper is launched in Juba
June 6, 2010 (JUBA) – A newly published independent newspaper called ‘South Sudan Today’ was launched on Saturday in Juba.
South Sudan Today is an English weekly paper and will be based in Juba and contribute in informing and educating the people of South Sudan about the current affairs in the region.
It was launched at De’ Havana hotel with participation of some other media representatives and officials of the government.
The papers’ first published samples were freely distributed to the participants who attended the launching ceremony.
