July 11, 2010 (KHARTOUM) –Over two hundred people were killed in Darfur in June as a result of armed conflict and criminality according to a report by the joint African Union / United Nations (UNAMID) peacekeeping force in Darfur.
Of the 221 deaths, nearly 140 were due to inter-tribal fighting between the Rizeigat and Misseriya tribes.
No fighting was reported after the two tribes signed a peace accord on 28 June.
UNAMID describe the security situation in Darfur on Sunday as, ‘relatively calm but unpredictable’.
Since fighting broke out in 2003 between the Government of Sudan its allied militia known as the Janjaweed and rebel groups, the UN estimate that 300,000 people have died and 2.5 million people have been forced to leave their homes.
The joint peacekeeping operation, who took over from the African Union mission force in July 2007 has nearly 20,000 military personnel and over 6,000 police.

Thes Arab Misseriga armies tribes need to be kick out from Darfuri regions and Southern Sudan. There is no unity with Arab who have been causing more and more killing in the Sudan. They need to define what the Sudan mean.? They are being acting like they don’t know and it is well known that, the Sudan is the land of all Black people.
They are minority people in Sudan and we are very close to accept nationality issue and that will let them go back to where they came from. I would like to see all Black African tribes united very strongly and deal with these minority Arab tribes in Sudan because this is unrest and lives of our innocents people are wasting for no reason. Let us united together from Nubian,Darfurian, Blue Nile and Southern Sudanese and for sure we will kick their ass out the land of Black African.

The last initiatives from for dispute solution was unsuccessful still both parties have gun and blood money that agreed didn’t paid nothing happen on the ground.
