Islamic Development Bank to assist in development of South Sudan

July 26, 2010 (JUBA) — The Islamic Development Bank has expressed its readiness to assist in the development of Southern Sudan as the region is only less than six months away from the conduct of referendum to determine whether they want to remain part of a united Sudan or form their own country.

idblogo.jpgA visiting delegation from the Islamic Development Bank met on Monday with the Vice president, Riek Machar.

The delegation which was led by the Vice Chairman of the Bank, Abu-Bakr Berma, briefed the Vice President in the presence of a number of ministers on their initiative to support development in Southern Sudan.

The representatives of the Bank want to see areas of priorities of the government so that they contribute to implementation of some of such projects.

Machar told the delegation that he would refer their document to the Council of Ministers where each of the ministers will provide their input to it and identify projects for funding.

He said once the Council discusses it, the proposals could be channelled through the Government of National Unity in Khartoum.

This is all bulshit. I don’t think there is a genuine motive in such offer of development assistance, it has a hidden agenda. Why now?

Please excuse me, but this nonsense call the Islamic bank doesn’t come with any mutual benefits both in financial and human development. This bank instead encourages segregation of citizens and instigates hatred among the people.

I am talking from a life long experiences in Kenya and Dubai, the bank favors only Muslims and some wealthy terrorists. We do not want this in the south Sudan. We are pure hearted people with respect to any religion or with no belief at all. We don’t divide or discriminate.

IN the south, We do not want such stupidity. Please leave you Islamic shits in the North and don’t bother US any more. It is the very same reason that we are seceding from the north. We do not encourage stupid ideologies. Watch out South!
