The independent Al-Ahram Al-Youm newspaper said that Bashir wants to take part in the Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa (COMESA).

However, the COMESA summit for heads of states is due to take place in Swaziland on Tuesday.

The newspaper said that Bashir skipped an Iftar dinner held by South Sudan president Salva Kiir in order to make the trip.

Bashir managed to visit Chad and Kenya so far, both of which are full members of the ICC with an obligation to arrest him under the statute.

Sudanese president heading to Senegal: report
The panicked Bashir may roam for sometimes but not forever, it’s a desperate attempt to defy ICC and provoke genocide survivor in Darfur, however, this situation will not continue, since the international community and US vehemently waiting Basher’s endorsement the secession of south Sudan then, pave the way for his arrestment, that will happen soon or later. Arresting him in these under this circumstance may complicate the forth coming referenda and secession of south, I don’t believe he will dare to challenge ICC or international community will after 9 January 2011.
