No trip planned by Sudan’s Bashir to Senegal: source

August 29, 2010 (WASHINGTON) – A source in the Senegal denied a newspaper report saying that Sudanese president Omer Hassan Al-Bashir was embarking on a trip to Dakar on Sunday.

The visit would have been his third one to a state which is a member of the International Criminal Court (ICC) that charged Bashir with genocide, war crimes and crimes against humanity he allegedly orchestrated in Darfur. Over the last month he flew to Chad and Kenya.

The independent Al-Ahram Al-Youm newspaper said in its Sunday edition that Bashir was headed to Senegal in order to take part in the summit for the heads of states of the Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa (COMESA).

The newspaper said that Bashir skipped an Iftar part held by South Sudan president Salva Kiir in order to make the trip to Dakar.

However, the COMESA summit for heads of states is due to take place in Swaziland next Tuesday. There was no confirmation of Bashir’s participation in this summit as of yet.

The Sudanese head of state met late Sunday with Kiir and his 2nd Vice president Ali Osman Taha in Khartoum to discuss impediments facing the referendum commission. He also held talks with the visiting Togolese president Faure Essozimna Gnassingbé.

Haaa, Ocampo was right on his news statement that Bahsir plans carefully for his trips to avoid the arrest. I was in fact thinking that the guy is still on his words when he said that, he will never stop his moves before ICC. He further added that he belongs to Jaali trip whose men eat fire.
Bashir photos in Kenyan TV were pale mixed with fear because he was thinking that the CIA will backdown from their promise. Bashir visit still raises important questions. I was wondering since Bashir told to his VP Kiir who himslef was invited to a same occassion he would be going to Kenya and therefore Kiir cancelled his coming to Kenya because Protocools dictates that. I am sure the readers will accused me of very stupid writting which is not in harmoney, but in fact these are the statements came up yesterday.
Haaaaaaaaa, very stupid cupweb and confusing justifcations of letting Bashir to roam Africa not because AU statements on defiance of ICC but there is something in the middle that there is a hidden power in hidden cities who want to keep this man Bashir on his position. Sudan has NO the worlds’ most strongest spying system to decoy the whole world. Wau, Hoo, Politics the facts would be published on year 2025 until then Byeeeeeeeee.
