    Dear Lakers and others

Since Engineer Chol Tong Mayay assumed leadership in my home state, Lakes State, the state has been prospering in every front. This does not mean the State was declining when Hon. Awet Akot was in power. I’m clarifying my point because some of our people mis-translate what others say. What I’m saying though is that Lakes State is progressing more as days, weeks, months and years rolls by.

Observers of South Sudan might have notice that Lakes State has improved in areas of security, development, education and crimes. I have never heard of any State prohibiting leathal liquor throughout South Sudan with exception Lakes State under my Governor, Eng. Chol Tong Mayay.

Police with high ranks are supposed to be trained within south sudan, since we lack a lot of training equipment,i dont think if they were well trained as they described them.
