    Dear readers,

It is inhumane, crazy and devilish that the independence of South Sudan nation can be received by killing of ministers.

A professional investigation should be carried out and bring the culprits to book. They should be hang in the streets of Juba for the populations to see.

Disgusting that South Sudanese are introducing terrorism.

I believe they are not far from being members of the community of the minister killed.

    Disgusting!

May God rest his soul in eternal peace!

It’s unfortunate that a minister could be killed in his office. It shows the vulnerability of the security system in South Sudan, as political rivalry is coming to the scence. Therefore, swift security actions are needed to pindown criminals like those killers of the minister.

I think it is a chow made by the members of his office, how come agunman be allowed to enter in to the office of the minister with gun. i think this is the plan made by the gunman alone!! Government should investigate them issue thoroughly, otherwise all the ministers from the GOSS down to Stastes and more further to counties are in danger.

The incident has nothing to do with politic. It is purely a family issue. who knows what went wrong last night between the minister and his brother-in-law which is also his personal driver? Those corrupt ministers who employe their relatives deserve whatever may happen to them. They even take their ministerial authority upto thier homes and dictate their relatives. The man snatched the gun from the bodyguard of them minister, killed the bodyguard, marched in and kill the minister, and at last he killed himself. The game is over. who will you investigate and brought to book? Those ministers must change,or else, they must die.

It’s really heart breaking to hear such disturbing news in a time we are suppose to celebrate our independence from the north.it has become clear that the war between the north and south had overrided many of our internal differences and now the southern independence has expose how much we hatred ourselves to the extend of killing each other.Sometimes when i go through certain comments and articles in sudantribune and southsudannation,i really sense how the tribal and regional inclination overrides nation building and brotherhood. These two things sometimes justifies many southern fears that southern sudan future is not that clear, i pray God that we may not establish another somalia in the region due to our tribal sickness.
Please brothers let us not make the international community get tire of us and draw their support from us.In the end political assassinations are not sure solutions to our internal disputes or differences. Finally my condulence to the southern sudan at large and GoSS in particular and above all to his family. May GOD rest his soul in peace.

I blame the bodyguard who left the gun inside minister car,and the driver broke the window and took the gun and rush immediately to the minister office and murdered both of them.

why the security left the gun in the car?
This so that all the security personel in south sudan are untrained, including kiir’s bodyguard.
    This was very careless bodyguard.

This action is disturbing indeed. But not surprised because our people still coping with emotional stress. They don’t think before taking any action. Also, ignorant has play a big part in this incident I believe. The minister should have alert his security personel after the dispute with his in-laws.

Anyway, let us hope for the better after independent. My heartfelt condolence goes to the deceased families and may God rest their spirits in peace. Please, let us refrain from jumping to conclusion. This is an isolated incident so there is no need to blame any one.

First My condolency goes to all the Family and freinds of the late Minister.

Secondly I would aadvise my President to target not Agriculture,Education and health first,as the primary building blocks for our newly born nation, but the priority number one should be given to first things first-like equal distribution power, resources and justice for all.

Can you imagine a nation where power is held by almost few individuals and one tribe, leaving some tribes without even a chairperson of commmision to experience what kind of circumstance?

Think of key ministries of the government like Defence,Interior,Finance,Foreign Affairs,Bank, Judiciary, chief security and the Deputy speaker of the parliament..etc…in the hand of one tribe.
We all fought in war and voted in referendum without discrimination, why not sharing our powers without discrimination if we want a consolidated Country?

Now we are going to form a transitional government in which I urge all the oppressors to unite themselves for transition of inequality of the pre-interim and interim priod to the south Sudan of equality, Justice,Democracy and prosperity for all, as avoid assinations and rebelions.

First and foremost, my sincerest condolence goes to the very family of late Jimmy Lemi Milla. It’s far more disheartening not only for Mr. Milla’s family, but also for all of us. He was a right wingman in The Government of Southern Sudan and assassinating him so swiftly is unprincipled and unacceptable as well.

What should Juba’s officials need to learn from this hideous act? Well, there are numerous things that require admonishment given the afermath of Jimmy Lemi Milla’s assassination: 1)The Government of Southern Sudan needs to introduce some series of security measures in all the government’s institutions. 2) All the Ministers, Governors, SPLA’s Generals, Chairpersons, Undersecretaries, and much more should not always turn deaf ears to all citizens of South Sudan. 3) Our government bossess need to abolish their unprofessional and dehumanized behaviors, for it’s contributing to annoyances and irritations to the citizens in Juba and even beyond. Let me stop here because there are many lessons, which South Sudan needs to learn any way.

BREAKING NEWS: South Sudan minister shot dead
    Dear readers,

It is insane, inhumane, satanic and foolish for somebody to kill a public figure as a way of expression of anger or disappointment. That is cowardice act to say the least!

South Sudanese, you are given freedom of expression to peacefully air out what may have disappointed some of you either through newspapers and other media outlets such as this website (Sudan Tribune).

You can criticize politicians, call for their removal through elections or through parliament or presidential decrees like the removal of those two corrupt ministers of finance in the past.

You are free to senselessly criticize some of them and even insult them, but please, please, NEVER and NEVER resort to killing our officials as a way of expression of anger or disappointment.!!!

    NEVER do that!

It is very stupid, foolish and insane way of building a nation and making positive changes.

Don’t introduce terrorism in South Sudan!

South Sudanese are culturally known for fighting open battles in the field and that is where they cause harm, but not through lynching and cold blood murders.

I don’t know what is wrong with this community called Pojulu of Central Equatoria state. Last time they wanted to assassinate late Samson Kwaje and actually shot him on the road.

The same community’s member is now the one who assassinated their own son, late Jimmy Lemi Milla. What is wrong with you people?

Stop it! It is insane and cowardice!

Don’t you understand that the authorities can use this stupid action of assassination as a wakeup call to take away some of your freedoms? Disgusting!

If that stupid assailant opted to expose whatever disappointed him through newspapers or this website, may be the late minister would have responded positively and resolve whatever differences they might have had. But now that he has killed him, what will he gain? Instead he will also die like him.

I recommend that this foolish assailant be hang on a tree in a main street in Juba for people to see for the whole day with a written note on his body which reads “First South Sudan Terrorist.”

His body should not be buried either, but thrown into the Nile for crocodiles to eat that stupid flesh.

    Disgusting behavior!
