TEXT: Framework agreement between Sudan’s ruling NCP and SPLM-North on Blue Nile and S. Kordofan

June 28, 2011 (KHARTOUM) — Attached is the full text of the Framework Agreement between the Government of Sudan and Sudan People’s Liberation Movement (North) on political partnership between NCP and SPLM and political and Security Arrangements in Blue Nile and Southern Kordofan states. The document was signed by Presidential assistant Nafei Ali Nafei who is also the deputy chairman and Malik Agaar governor of Blue Nile state and SPLMN leader on Tuesday 28 June in Addis Ababa.
