Anybody can imagine how sad is such a death to family of the late.to loose someone in an accident that would have been avoided by not over speeding in the town is unacceptionable.Spla must compensate the life of the old man, and the culprit must be brought book to face the full force of the law simply.

It’s in fact a good spirit portrayed by the SPLA commander, to take an initiative to apologise to the family of the late, this used to be a rare behaviors to SPLA forces during the interim period or even before that.We expect more discipline within SPLA forces to qualify it to be a national arm.
