Sudanese minister of foreign trade to leave for France

KHARTOUM, Aug 22, 2004 (SUNA) — Minister of Foreign Trade, Abdul-Hamid Musa Kasha, is due to leave for Paris Monday on the invitation of a French Gum Arabic Processing Company.

The minister told SUNA that his visit to France comes as part of efforts to increase the commercial exchange Sudan and France, affirming the keenness to promote Sudan’s exports of the gum Arabic.

Kasha pointed out that the Gum Arabic Company has intended to engage in joint ventures investments with a French company for processing Gum Arabic.

It is to be noted that Sudan will participating in Azmir International Fair of Turkey, scheduled to be held in Ankara during 25 August – September 5, 2004.
