Sudan’s Darfur rebels attack railway station, kill two soldiers
KHARTOUM, Nov 12, 2004 (SUNA) — Darfur rebels today attacked Duraysah region in Southern Darfur State, burnt and looted a railway station in Bakhit region.

During the attack two members of the armed forces were martyred and four others wounded.
In a statement to SUNA, the mayor of Adilah in Southern Darfur State said the armed forces managed to repel the attack and inflicted heavy losses on the rebels.
He said the attack was a clear violation of the cease-fire agreement signed between the government and Darfur rebels.
