KLM adds Khartoum and Addis Ababa

LONDON, Nov 23, 2004 (Financial Times) — KLM will start flights to Khartoum and Addis Ababa, the capitals of Sudan and Ethiopia respectively, from the second quarter next year.
The service will operate twice a week, stopping in Khartoum on the southbound journey and returning non-stop from Addis Ababa.
Flights by extended range Boeing 767-300 aircraft will leave Amsterdam’s Schiphol airport on Thursdays and Saturdays at 10.30am, reaching Khartoum at 5.50pm and Addis Ababa at 8.50pm.
Northbound services will depart at 10.20pm the same evening, arriving in Amsterdam at 5.50am.
