KHARTOUM, Dec 10 (AFP) — The Japanese government has donated 260 million dollars to Sudan to help finance development projects in the war-torn, poverty-stricken country, the Sudan Media Center reported Friday.
The aid was extended in a meeting between International Cooperation Minister Yusuf Takanah and visiting Japanese Deputy Foreign Minister Eshuru Ezawa on Thursday, the semi-government press service said.
