In statement to the press today, he said that the state had already spoken about the readiness and the competence of the Sudanese judiciary to try suspects inside Sudan at Sudanese courts which, he added, is not something against international law and the procedure of the International Criminal Court that was mentioned by the international fact-finding commission to Darfur.
He indicated that there were 51 individuals suspects who were accused of human rights violations. However, the government, he pointed out, still does not know their names.
