Former rebel SPLM delegation arrival adjourned
KHARTOUM, Mar 16, 2005 (Sudan Tribune) — Sudan People’s Liberation Movement postponed indefinitely the arrival of its delegation in Khartoum scheduled for yesterday March 15, 2005.
James Moi, a leading SPLM member and chairman of the high committee for reception of the delegation told SUNA (Sudan News Agency) that the delegation comprises 70 leading cadres specializing in military, legal, and political fields.
Moi blamed organizational matters for the delegation’s delay, adding that the new date will be announced at a press conference.
