Saudi interior minister to visit Sudan on Tuesday
KHARTOUM, March 19, 2005 (KUNA) — Saudi Arabia’s Interior Minister Prince Nayef bin Abdulaziz is set to visit Sudan on Tuesday, his Sudanese counterpart, Major General Abdel-Raheem Mohamed Hussein said in a statement to the press Saturday.
The Saudi official’s visit comes within efforts to bolster bilateral ties between the two Arab nations, and to discuss issues related to bilateral cooperation, Hussein added.
The Saudi official would sign agreements to combat drug trafficking and smuggling, and boost bilateral cooperation on the security arena.
