Dear Sam it is really a satback to our communities especially that their cattle are dying.... cattle are the only great source for suvival with nilotic, it would be very good if the state Government under your ministry would do something to rescue our communities.

Dear readers, i think the blame is of no one, since things goes with capacities building, besides, i understand its new ministry in the states of southern sudan, thus the people concern need first to have capacities and information about animals and fisheries resources. personal i know Hon. Sam can bring change in the live of our Nilotic animals but the question is who own the budget for animals and fisheries? lastly, we need to introduced "technology of know how, not of know who" mind you the ministry of animals resources and fisheries is technical ministry who only need people who know technicality of the animals and fisheries, it does not require gambling game of natural thinking style else otherwise we will remain redundant with out animals
      thanks
