JEM and SPLA attack Sudan’s army in S. Kordofan – rebel spokesperson

July 18, 2011 (KHARTOUM) — Darfur rebels, the Justice and Equality Movement (JEM), said they carried out a joint attack with the local insurgents from the Sudan People’s Liberation Army (SPLA) on the positions of the Sudanese army in South Kordofan.

In a statement released by Ali Wafi, JEM military spokesperson, the rebel group said the joint force destroyed the garrison of (Altaiss), which lies about 25 km south west of Kadugli in a series of attacks from 10 to 17 July.

Wafi further claimed the assailants killed 150 soldiers and captured a large number of infantry and ground weapons, besides munitions and military equipment.

The Sudanese army spokesperson Alswarmi Khaled spoke yesterday about a possible coalition between the two armed groups in South Kordofan, adding that any alliance with the SPLA will not change the balance of power in the region.

JEM is part of the Doha peace process to end the Darfur conflict. The rebel group demands the government open direct talks on the seven chapters of a peace framework document prepared by the mediation.

But Khartoum says JEM has three months to conclude an agreement and pledged to crush them militarily if they refuse a peace deal.

The Darfur rebel group which seeks to extend its activities to the adjacent Kordofan region further said that the government army captured three combatants and asked to treat them as prisoners of war.

JEM threatened two days ago to launch a new attack on the Sudanese capital Khartoum; but Alswarmi played down the threats saying these statements are made for media consumption and attempt to abort the Doha process.

The government and the rebel Liberation and Equality Movement (LJM) signed a peace agreement on 14 July in Doha. Also Khartoum plans to hold an internal process without the rebel groups to raise public support the peace process.

They dress in ISLAMIC Jallabia at day time and at night they do some stupid things that ALLAH doesnt like at all. That is not ISLAMIC way of live. ALLAH AKBAR. JEM OYEE,SPLA OYEE.

The only way to punishing Khartoum dominate is to make them isolated, let them rule themeselves from the rest of African tribes in the Sudan. These Nubian people have been suffering just like Southern Sudanese people do and they need to kick their ass out of Southern Kordofan State.

It was mistake the JEM have been fool by the Khartoum government to say, every thing was 100% and I don’t understand what they mean by that. If they started fighting to capture Kadugli Captal then, that is what will make them thinks their mistake has come to hunt them this century.

I wonder why others Darfur rebels are waiting for, since the Khartoum government is getting weak and thiner, due to big loss of South Sudan then, why not giving them hard time in North Darfur,South Darfur, southern Kordofan,South Blue Nile and Eastern Sudan as well. Arabs says, they will accept salam which mean temporarly but they says, they will not accepted sulh which mean finally reconciliation process and if anyone disagree with me look many peaces were signs in Sudan’s history and they did worked only SPLM peace agreement was successful and lead to independence, because they got separate its army from them and the six years also were not very easy for the SPLM to manage all kinds of difficulties.

It will be a good Idea for Darfurian rebles not to signs separate peace agreement which one peace agreement for Minnwi was been violated but to defeat them if you don’t want to joins South Sudan. There is a big chances for Darfurian, Nubian Mountains, South Blue Nile to rejoins South Sudan government because that Flag of the SPLM in South Sudan is all about you African Black but failure to do something right now it will mean you will be under Khartoum domination for ever. Omar al Bashir said it, that after South Sudan gone, all conditions which Southern Sudanese block in the Sudan government will not be there any more. What he was trying to say or already in planning is the Arab culture must be the culture for all none Arab remain in North Sudan. He mean also the people must speaking only and make North Sudan as an Islamic State which is not acceptable to none Arab in North Sudan. You guys must thinks properly for the long term, the short term is the fake peace agreement to let you go back under their control and the long term, you will be suffering under them for years.

War is better than peace because it will eliminate the rule of black Arabs in Sudan.

Islamic Religion is not actually a religion of faith but rather ’SET OF RULES’ that is practiced in image of religion in the name of the Allah other wise, why do you think their action is 100% of killings and hatrated? Love is only experianced among themselves muslims but not none muslims and or one red skin colour. In trying to practice Sheria Law, they offend many people including fellow muslims who felt oppressed under the same Law of Islam that is what is reducing the size of the Sudan through rebellions that will for sure tare apart Sudan as starts South Sudan.
If the Darfur palys it week then they will suffer much and if they press on it hard, they will succeed with the brothers in the Nuba and God with them.
When the Israelites were about to leave Egypt, God made king Faraoh sturbon that he couldn’t let them go and finally God performed great mirracls that the king had to baw down and obay the Lord and let the Israelites to go, so the Nubian and Dafurians will rest at the end so never give up.

Dear brothers/sisters representing SPLA/M in the North & JEM army forces. The current Arab government ruling the Sudan for more than 5o years have no right of citizenship biologically and geographically when we tell the true history of original Sudanese.

Nubian are the real Northerners. The residence right from old Hal fa to Shendi, Fun j & Beja are citizens of Eastern part of Sudan and Black indigenous tribes in Darfur where JEM plus others army parties originated are owners of the Western Sudan.
The ethic group tribes live in the South Now are owners of the South and Central Sudan.

Get me true. But don’t be surprise to tell you this:
The word "Khartoum" came from Dinka language which mean "River Join" in English, That’s White Nile & Blue Nile joined to form Neil River.

Omdurman meant ( manh-dhurman in Dinka) A child cried for his lost mother.

Therefore, If the Arab wants us to remain in the South, we will never accept. We want to recapture our mother land in the capital of Sudan ’Kartuom’ not Khartoum and manh-dhur-man, will never be called Omdurmand any more.

If the Arab wants us to change our mind in order to accept their settlement of the Land of Sudan; we will, unless the accepted SPLA/M North and applied the democracy to rule with justice and equality and also provide political solution on Darfur conflict.

Otherwise, all of us wants to join together and resettle our forefathers’ Land.
Omar Bashir must know that, this is today not yesterday or last year where your fathers used strict trade in order to deceived our forefathers with salt and sugar.

The South Sudan border will be marked in What is called Nahar El Neil State. or River Neil State towards South-East Al Gezira on Blue Neil State, to the North-West is Darfur.

Do not think that Black people of Sudan are separated and nobody will ask you in crushing Oposition parties and their army forces. The land owners sons are still in unity though there is religion and border country difference.

Finally, I want to assure the SPLA/M North and JEM to continues fighting until their right must be launch by dominated NCP.
God will be taking cake of you and will bless you.

      Peter Dumodit

The destruction og Altaiss garrison is yet the begining, go ahead to plan severe attached against NCP, let them not force you to sign un defined Peace protocols, Wafi you are there but not Mafi-this should have been.
    let allah power you!!
