Mr. Deng Alor is one of Dinka Ngok very poor-minded, he was the worst Sudan foreign minister ever, ironically, his village in Abyei was excluded by Hague court of being one of the 9 Dinka Ngok chiefdoms hence the guy and his villagers "assumed" to have no right to vote in the coming Abyei referendum and have no right to be southerners either!
