Central African envoy to US joins Jarch oil group

MR. EMMANUEL TOUABOY, AMBASSADOR OF THE CENTRAL AFRICAN REPUBLIC TO THE US, JOINS JARCH’S BOARD OF ADVISERS
March 7, 2008 — Mr. Emmanuel Touaboy, currently the Ambassador of the Central African Republic to the US, joins the advisory board of Jarch Management Group, Ltd. As Jarch expands beyond East Africa especially in Central Africa and specifically in the Central African Republic, Ambassador Touaboy will help Jarch understand the political dynamics at play in the region. Given that the Central African Republic borders Sudan’s Darfur region, the Central African Republic will become an important part of Jarch’s overall strategy and Ambassador Touaboy will help us realize these goals. We all look forward to working closely with the Ambassador, his country, and the region as a whole.
