What is then after the assassination of Khalil Ibrahim?

By Mahmoud A. Suleiman

December 30, 2011 — We in the Justice and Equality Movement (JEM) while grieve and feeling gravely miss the Leader Martyr Dr. Khalil Ibrahim Mohmed, remain steadfastly adhered to the principles he had lived and martyred for. We will not deviate from the path of struggle pursued by Dr. Khalil to achieve goal and the rights of the oppressed marginalised in all parts of Sudan, north and south, east and west and the middle without exception. The gallant heroic forces of the Justice and Equality Movement (JEM) will continue their quest towards their archenemy’s home from where the hypocrite corrupt racist Arabism-Islamism génocidaires NCP clique plan sinister plots. The sole of aim of (JEM) forces is to oust the NCP regime and bring about radical change in the Sudanese politics and rid the country of the traffickers of religion.

We pray and praise Almighty Allah (SHT) the Lord of the Worlds to place Khalil in highest gardens of Paradise among the Martyrs and the Righteous and to inspire his family and the people of Sudan patience and fortitude; to Allah and to Him we shall return.

We are certain that Dr. Khalil Ibrahim has died as a result of a coordinated regional and international conspiracy to serve their vested interests which met with the need for the survival of the National Congress Party (NCP) regime headed by the criminal génocidaire fugitive Omer Hassan Ahmed al-Bashir. At this very stage we do not want to nominate the bodies and the quarters that have carried out the assassination of the Martyr Dr. Khalil Ibrahim despite our possession of threads of the plot and our knowledge of the countries involved in the conspiracy and the plane that shot the lethal missile.

The National Congress Party (NCP) army led by Abdelrahim Mohmed Hussein has no such a sophisticated technical capacity or the capability to launch an airstrike akin to that of a Drone (a radio-controlled airplane) to hit with precision only one target in a very tiny circumscribed area. The Sudan Armed Force (SAF) under the infamous defence minister Abdelrahim Mohmed Hussein had failed now and again in the surveillance of foreign aircrafts that penetrated the skies of Sudan and carried out military operations and returned to their bases and the recent incidents in the eastern city of Port Sudan events are best model and a strongest evidence to rule out that Air Force led by Abdelrahim Mohmed Hussein has carried out the assassination of the Martyr Dr. Khalil Ibrahim.

With regard to those who are gloating the misfortune with smugness the death of the Martyr Dr. Khalil Ibrahim and betrayed the noble cause of the people of Sudan in Darfur and sold themselves into slavery at the National Congress Party (NCP) regime’s market cheaply such as information minister Abdullah Ali Massar and other traitors of his ilk who supposedly belonged to the people of Sudan in the Darfur Region that the day you will regret your shameful actions will inevitable come shortly. We remind them that the sanctity of the Dead is respected by all Divine religions whether Islam, Christianity, Judaism and other spiritual beliefs regardless of the creed of deceased individual. The only exception in this respect seems to be the villains in the National Congress Party (NCP). This despicable Abdullah Ali Massar had been passing bags of lies through his blinded conscience and outmoded concrete imagination daily to please his masters. News media reported quoting the statement of Masar that: “Minister Ali Abdullah Massar released a statement saying that the epicentre of the fighting is on the border between the states of North Darfur and North Kordofan. The Media continued to receive the lies about battles never took place quoting the ‘Sudanese Information Minister’ Abdullah Ali Massar said Ibrahim’s death sends a message to rebel groups “to listen to the voice of wisdom and join the peace process.” In an official statement read out at a press conference in Khartoum, Information Minister Abdallah Ali Masar said that “the Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) throughout the period from Dec. 19 until yesterday evening had been chasing the JEM rebels moving in more than 140 cars.” Abdallah Masar, minister of information and Sudanese government spokesperson said Sunday in Khartoum that Khalil Ibrahim was heading to Juba to attend a meeting of the leadership of the Sudanese Revolutionary Front, which is planned to take place in Kampala on 28 December.” The moments when Massar narrated his novel lies about alleged battles between NCP Army and the forces of the Justice and Equality Movement (JEM) he seemed at those occasions as if imitating the series of famous adventures of Don Quixote’s attacks on windmills that he believed to be ferocious giants! In fact there had been no fighting took place between the NCP army and the forces of JEM during the assassination of the late Dr. Khalil Ibrahim who was “martyred” along with one of his guards at 3am local time on Friday 23rd December 2011 by a missile attack launched from an unidentified jet fighter with a level of precision unknown to the Sudanese army’s air forces; as stated by the JEM spokesman.

”As for the NCP regime elements, who are devoid of humanitarian ideals and moral traditions of the Sudanese people they will pay dearly very soon for the heinous crimes they perpetrated against the Sudan and its people. One would like to reiterate the following:

• The Justice and Equality Movement (JEM) remains committed to the establishment constitution.

• The Justice and Equality Movement (JEM) has the effective high quality cadres

• The Movement’s gallant armed forces gave the Oath of Allegiance to the cause for which they took up arms to restore the rights of the people of Sudan in Darfur which have been denied by National Congress Party (NCP) regime in Khartoum

• The Justice and Equality Movement (JEM) is committed to all agreements it has signed with the forces opposed to the National Congress Party (NCP) regime

• The Justice and Equality Movement (JEM) will work with the diverse political spectrum actively opposed to the National Congress Party (NCP) regime in Khartoum and ready to overthrow the apartheid racist establishment and replace it by a New Sudanese government that enjoys rule of law, equality, basic freedoms, democracy that makes citizenship as the only identity for rights and duties in Sudan.

• On The legal aspects that relating the assassination which led the death of its leader Martyr Dr. Khalil Ibrahim, the Justice and Equality Movement (JEM) will take steps for opening a criminal case against those who participated in the planning and executing the plot. The Justice and Equality Movement (JEM) strongly believes that such move would be conducive to lead to international investigation leading to the identification of the real perpetrators or those implicated and involved in the heinous crime.
