Sudanese president held talks with deputies concerning peace process

Aug 30, 2005 (Khartoum) — President of the republic, FM Umar al-Bashir, today at the Republican Palace, held talks with his two deputies, Lt-Gen Salva Kiir Mayaradit, and Ali Uthman Muhammad Taha. The meeting was also attended by several federal ministers.
The meeting reviewed report on the third millennium development goals, where Sudan has prepared its report in collaboration with the UN agencies. They also discussed latest development in the peace process in Sudan.
