Mbeki calls to involve Arabs tribe in Darfur peace

June 25, 2009 (KHARTOUM) — Former South African president Thabo Mbeki called today to involve Arab tribes in Doha process saying no lasting peace can be secured without their participation.

Mbeki, who leads the African Union Panel on Darfur, concluded today a ten day visit to the country where he met with rebel representatives, civil society, and tribal leaders as well as the internally displaced persons in Darfur.

The African panel aims to determine how best to quickly end the conflict and expedite the peace process to create conditions conducive to promote justice, healing, and reconciliation.

“Certainly the Arab tribes are one of the constituencies that has to be involved,” said the former South Africa’s President in a press conference held in Khartoum today. “The negotiations have got to involve everybody who is relevant to the creation of peace in Darfur,” he added.

The rebel groups had rejected the participation of the Arab tribes in Abuja talks in 2006. Khartoum recruited many of these tribesmen in its militias to fight against the rebels.

The janjaweed are also accused of committing crimes against humanity and war crimes.

Mbeki told reporters there was no progress in Doha peace talks between the Sudanese government and the Justice and Equality Movement.

Qatari-brokered talks between the Sudanese government and Darfur rebels have been postponed for two months, mainly because of disagreements over an exchange of prisoners.

The Darfurians do not need to consult with any arab Tribes… as far as im concern these arab tribes are proxies to the Sudanese Government, they are used to kill and rape innocent Darfurie civilians to the point of humiliation.

These Tribes work with the Khartoum government… so what ever Agreement the Racist government of Khartoum sercums to with the Darfuries, It should be binary to all arabs in Darfur.

THE ARAB TRIBES IN DARFUR ARE WORKING AS ONE WITH THE RACIST KHARTOUM GOVERNMENT, SO WHATEVER AGREEMENT KHARTOUM SIGNS WITH THE REBELS, IT IS ALSO DONE IN THE NAME OF THE ARAB TRIBES. THEY SHOULD NOT BE SEPERATED.

This is the real person that should be called Mr Fool, who brought this man from South Africa to act in Sudan. First he need to ask himself why did he get expelled from presidency and now using his dirty mouth to talk about durfur. What is his relationship with durfur? which kind of African man could talk about terrorist and criminals to come and solve the blood shed in durfur. This is a kind of madness not a positive idea, let him find something to do not fooling about the issue of Sudan rather his own country. We don’t need amy alien of this kind to come and open his dirty mouth about our issues. To be wise he could be advicing this savage kiri of dinkas on how to talk and campaign not bla bla wondering around for food and money. Visionless dinkas. This are crap African who trade with others (slavery)shame.

The findings of Mr. Mbeki are very dangerous to the existence of the people of Darfur. It dose not make sense for the illegal settlers to be involved in political solutions of Darfur conflict. They’re criminals. They must leave Darfur alome and go where they came from.

The inhabitants of Darfur were killed, displaced, raped to make way for the Arabs nomads to settle in their land. Let wait and see if the Darfuris are foolish enough to accept this kind of blind mediation. It amounts to official justification of genocide in Darfur. The AU should have asked Bashir to surrender to The Hague so that reconciliation would have a chance in Darfur. But asking the people of Darfur to pay even more price to settle the conflict is unwarranted. The AU will remain the curse on the ordinary Africans. Hell to Mbeki mediation!
