Sudanese President to visit Oman? tomorrow

KHARTOUM, Feb 5, 2004 (KUNA) — Sudanese President Omar Hasan Al-Bashir will head ‏ ‏on Saturday to Oman for an official one-day visit.‏ ‏

A source in the Presidential Palace told Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) that ‏ ‏during his visit to Oman, Al-Bashir would hold a meeting with Sultan Qaboos ‏ ‏bin Saeed on Oman on bilateral relations and ways of boosting them as well as ‏ ‏discussing regional and international issues of mutual concern.‏ ‏

The source said that Al-Bashir would also brief Sultan Qaboos on the latest ‏ ‏development on the ongoing peace process in Sudan.
