It is a tool to be integrated in the work plans as well as a mapping process which have been carried out to assist in the management of clashes between groups which have also been integrated into development plan exercise.
Duol said that in Unity state, development partners, which include non-governmental organisations, are assisting them in all planning processes. One of the main organisations involved in this process is the UN Development Programme.
