Gbudue Governor sacks long-serving commissioner
April 12, 2016 (YAMBIO) – The governor of South Sudan’s Gbudue state has sacked Joseph Minealla, a long serving county commissioner in Western Equatoria province.
Minealla, the commissioner for Nagero county, as been in that position since 2010.
The commissioner’s removal came when governor Patrick Zamoi visited the county and got complaints from people who accused Minealla of neglecting his mandated duties.
Meanwhile Zamoi has appointed Baaliya Digidoto as Nagero’s new commissioner.
