Sudan accepts USAID transports humanitarian assistance to the two areas

Sudan has accepted an American proposal to transport humanitarian assistance to the two areas, in a bid to break the stalled negotiations over a humanitarian cessation of hostilities agreement brokered by the African Union mediators.
